How can I run for a minute or more without stopping?
I started trying to jog about a week and a half ago. as of now I can only go for short bursts of about 30-45 seconds and after my first burst I can only run for about 20 seconds before needing to stop again. I have been doing this every day for about a mile and I do not see much improvement. I think the issue is that I cannot absorb enough oxygen from the air. I am 21 6ft 3inches tall and about 325lbs, I never smoked or tried any kind of drug. why am I unable to run even for a such a short distance and amount of time? how do I get rid of the rests so that I can run a long distance without stopping?
